Mouthpieces come in two sizes: Wide - 36 mm and Narrow - 26 mm, spacing between the two outer holes. Wide mouthpieces are easier to isolate different hole combinations, for those with sufficient neck movement. Narrow mouthpieces are easier for a user with limited neck movement to reach all the holes.

Early FPS models, including the Round style and early Square styles made prior to Jan 18, 2019 used a flat Two Thumbscrew version of the mouthpiece. All Quadsticks made after Jan 18, 2019 use the same Single Thumbscrew mouthpiece.
Original model Quadsticks have always used the Single Thumbscrew version of the mouthpiece.
